Wild Venison Haunch Joint

Our wild Venison Haunch is a wonderful alternative to your usual Sunday roast.  It boasts a full-bodied, rich, gamey flavour whilst being an incredibly lean meat.  Rolled and wrapped in streaky bacon to remain juicy and tender during cooking.

Our sustainable venison is sourced direct from our farm by expert stalkers who cover over 1000 acres of arable land, pastures and woodlands. Strictly wild and never reared.  Cut and dressed by our master butcher. 

Storage:

Your meat will arrive frozen. When your meat arrives, simply pop it into your freezer.  Defrost in your fridge until fully thawed, then allow the beef to come up to room temperature before cooking.
