Silverside Roasting Joint

Grass-fed, 28-day aged silverside roasting joint – a lean and flavoursome cut, ideal for slow roasting or braising. Best served thinly sliced with creamy horseradish sauce, buttery mashed potatoes, and seasonal greens for a comforting, classic meal.

Weight per person:

We recommend 250g per person.   Therefore, 1kg joint serves up to 4, 1.5kg serves 6 and 2kg serves up to 8 portions. 

Storage:

Your meat will arrive frozen. When your meat arrives, simply pop it into your freezer.  Defrost in your fridge until fully thawed, then allow the beef to come up to room temperature before cooking.
