Rolled Brisket

Grass-fed, 28-day aged hand-tied rolled brisket.  Full of character with big beefy flavour, our beef brisket has an excellent amount of rich buttery fat which makes it ideal for slow-cooking, allowing the fat to render and meat to become superbly tender. 

Storage:

Your meat will arrive frozen. When your meat arrives, simply pop it into your freezer.  Defrost in your fridge until fully thawed, then allow the beef to come up to room temperature before cooking.
